4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed and delivered within 3–7 business days.
• Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds are displayed clearly at checkout and on our homepage.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is strictly governed by the following rules:

• No Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or personal preference.
• Damage/Wrong Item: Returns are only processed if the item is damaged or wrongly delivered.
• Unboxing Video: An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for all damage or wrong item claims. Without this video, claims cannot be processed.
• Refund Method: If a replacement is unavailable, refunds are issued via local IBFT (bank transfer) or mobile wallet.
